Growing up in Berkshire County, I have always had a passion for real estate, and have been involved with real estate in some form or another. With a background in architecture remodeling, building and development, to leases and vacation rentals. My family ties run deep in the Berkshires. My grandfather was a premier builder/developer in the area, and both my grandparents were licensed real estate professionals. I graduated with a degree in Medical Technology from the University of South Florida. I remained in the Tampa Bay area where I continued investing in multifamily, commercial, and vacation rentals
. During my time spent in Florida, I helped my husband start and grow our architectural business. As our business and family grew in Florida, we both realized how much we missed the charm of New England. So we moved our family back home to the Berkshires.
My husband continued his architectural design company here, and I became the Clinical Laboratory Operations Manager for Berkshire Medical Center. As the manager, I was a key negotiator for large instruments and reagent supply contracts for the laboratory (I love negotiations). I recently left my long and successful career in healthcare to pursue my passion for real estate and help others pursue theirs. As a newly graduated student from The Gateway School of Real Estate, I was given the essential tools to successfully obtain my Massachusetts real estate license. I joined Transparent Realty & Investments for the special niche this brokerage offers to the investor. I am confident that my lifetime experiences can bring a positive, can do attitude to my clients. I am excited to be part of the Transparent Realty and Investments team and look forward to helping clients with their next venture.
